The Bush Brotherhood of St. Boniface was established by Bishop Goldsmith of Bunbury in 1911 and run on similar lines to the first Bush Brotherhood which operated from Longreach, Queensland. John Frewer (later Bishop of the North-West) joined the Brotherhood at Williams in 1916 and served as its Warden, 1919-1929. From the description of Records, 1911-1929 [microform].
